Aline Elsermans

Aline Elsermans has lived in Dubai since 2019 and has worked in UAE real estate since 2022. In 2023 she co-founded Mystique Invest, a real estate and property management company she built and led for three years, reaching 50+ properties under management, a portfolio value of AED 186 million, and a team of eight.

 

She knows this market from inside its daily operations. Within EAP, Aline holds all operational matters.

Maarten Adams

Maarten Adams spent close to seven years at Coca-Cola before moving into a leadership role at a Belgian property developer. He has worked independently with leaders and their organizations since 2024, in Europe and the UAE.

 

He understands how strong organizations are built, and what it costs when clarity and accountability weaken. Within EAP, Maarten holds strategy and direction.

One knows how to run a property to standard. The other knows how to hold the standard once the pressure to cut corners arrives. The company depends on both.

 

They are supported by a team. Responsibility for every client relationship sits with Aline and Maarten, and stays there.
